He has inspected homes for over 20 years. He has completed over 6000 residential and commercial inspections. He received his BS Mechanical Engineering from Temple University. When not inspecting, Tim enjoys fishing, hunting and biking. He’s an Eagles, Phillies and Flyers Fan.
