I have been a home inspector for over 29 years, and have been a member of ASHI for over 20 years (ASHI Certified Inspector). I am experienced in all types of homes. I walk roofs when safe (use drone or Spectoscope when not), crawl into crawlspaces and enter attics when possible. National Chimney Sweep Training School graduate. CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep. I have a pest control business license, and applicators license in all categories (wood destroying insect; general insects; rodents). I have a nuisance wildlife cooperators permit.
