Dan Schuerman of Schuerman Inspections, LLC, has owned and operated hisCincinnati area home inspection business since 1996. He has successfully provided thousands of Tri-State home owners with detailed information when making one of the most important purchasing decisions of their lives. His knowledge and skill have defined the industry standard.Prior to beginning Schuerman Inspections, Mr. Schuerman graduated with a B.S. Degree in Construction Technology which encompasses the principles, methods and materials of construction. He has spent over 38 years in construction related industries building everything from residential housing to restaurants and hotels to specialty construction projects. As vice president of Sure-Craft Builders, he managed the day to day operations of the company which concentrated in the construction of restaurants and hotels. As production manager for Wal-Tek Inc. he managed the completion of specialty construction projects such as the Tennessee Aquarium.
