ASHI Associate Membership
This level is the starting point of ASHI Membership. Associate Members can access numerous benefits and resources to help them build and maintain a successful home inspection business.
ASHI Inspector
The next level on the ASHI membership path is the ASHI Inspector. The ASHI Inspector level is for ASHI Members who have more experience as a practicing home inspector and have refined their technical knowledge.
ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI)
The highest level of ASHI membership is available to inspectors that earn the ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI). The ACI credential is fully accredited by the National Commission of Certifying Agencies (NCCA).

Milton Goldstein Educational Award Scholarship
A one-hundred ($100) dollar scholarship will be awarded toward the first year of ASHI membership for the top performer of each graduating class of The ASHI School (TAS). This will be restricted to those taking the in person 93, 120 or 160 hour Inspection Foundation Course. The top class performer will be determined by the person receiving the highest test score at the end of the course.
