Known throughout the region as a leading expert on historic homes, Bill brought unmatched knowledge, professionalism, and passion to the field.

He generously shared his expertise through countless educational sessions for our chapter and many other inspector groups, helping elevate the skills and confidence of inspectors at every level. His calm, clear teaching style and deep understanding of older structures made him a trusted voice and a valued mentor.

Bill’s dedication to professionalism, education, and community left a lasting mark on Southern NJ ASHI and on the broader inspection profession. His influence will continue to be felt in the inspectors he taught and the high standards he championed.
