Plan Now for IW 2026

Mark your calendars now for next year’s in-person InspectionWorld (IW) and a celebration of 50 years of ASHI. 

From Feb. 15 to 18, 2026, IW 2026 will take place at Valley Forge Casino & Resort in Valley Forge, conveniently located just over 20 miles from the Philadelphia International Airport.

A special vendor hall kickoff will be held on Feb. 15, followed by three days of educational programming Feb. 16 to 18 as part of the premier home inspector conference for home inspection professionals across North America. 

The event invites inspectors, educators, vendors, and industry leaders to join together for networking, professional development, and in-person learning, including access to cutting-edge tools and technology, updates on industry standards, and in-depth training across multiple educational tracks. 

This year’s event will be bigger and better than ever, as it coincides with the association’s 50th anniversary. Festivities will include sharing the history and evolution of ASHI, as well as having the biggest names in the industry among a long list of exciting speakers. This year, ASHI members will also be able to earn ASHI CEs for some of their time spent with speakers, colleagues, and vendors. 

“We know that’s a big priority for our members,” said Edwin Barrera, director of education and curriculum development at ASHI. “That time spent with speakers, vendors, and other members networking and learning about products in the vendor hall is valuable, and we realized that should also count for ASHI CEs.”

Barrera is also excited about the historic location of this year’s events and their alignment with other major milestones in history. The US celebrates 250 years in 2026, and Valley Forge has its own significant history as a symbol of perseverance, he said. ASHI, too, persists, he said. “ASHI’s here; we’re persevering, and we’re going to continue. It’s going to be like this big celebration of ASHI and the US, and in a pretty popular part of the US,” Barrera said.
