Attendees heard ASHI  President Rich Matzen speak about branding, and earned 16 MRCs at the St. Louis ASHI Chapter Educational Seminar
February 28-March 2, 2003.

The two-and-one-half-day event offered technical and business-related sessions. Roundtable discussions were offered on Sunday, with Don Norman, ASHI vice president and STL chapter member, leading a discussion on the future direction of ASHI.
