ASHI Award Nominations 

Nominate before December 10! 

The clock is ticking for nominations for the Philip C. Monahon Award. 

All ASHI Certified Inspectors are encouraged to submit nominations for the Philip C. Monahon Award. The nomination should include how the individual has contributed to ASHI and other vital information on why the individual should be considered for the award. Nominations close on December 10. 

Report Writing Techniques: Basics to Ballistics

November 21, 5 to 8pm, $129

This three-hour live online interactive class is designed for home inspectors who want to elevate their report writing skills from the basics to advanced techniques. Inspectors can earn three ASHI CE credits, with some state credits available. 


Advanced Electrical Training Class for Home Inspectors

$75 fee (lunch provided) 

This in-person education event will be hosted by the Mid-TN Chapter and presented by Mike Twitty of Homescan Training. The course is a comprehensive study of electrical systems, theory, and inspection methods available to home inspectors. The class is open to all home inspectors and is approved for 10 CE credits for Tennessee and for ASHI members. A digital badge will be awarded to those who complete the course and who choose to take and pass the optional final exam.

Commercial Inspection Class

November 12 to 14, $1,895
(discount for ASHI Members)
