Chapters eligible to receive $$$$ and media services

For the second year, ASHI Chapters are eligible to receive money to promote The ASHI ExperienceSM and local membership. All it takes is a plan on how the chapter will use the money and a completed Chapter Grant Approval Form, which can be downloaded from the membership Extranet in The ASHI Experience Chapter CD section.

Last year, more than $200,000 was returned to all ASHI Chapters. This year, there’s even more to be distributed. Make sure your chapter gets its money and starts using it to market local members as soon as possible.

Several chapters plan to join forces to get the most from their promotional dollars. Many will continue to use the services of Buz Buzogany, Savvy- Strategic Resource Partners, LLC. ASHI has contracted with Savvy to take questions from chapters regarding existing media plans, or to help begin the planning process by outlining basic questions regarding the chapter’s target market. Additional services are available for a fee. To take advantage of this opportunity to enlist the services of a media specialist, contact Savvy at buzogany@savvysrp.com or 847-749-4012.

ALERT! Pull original radio ads- switch to new ones

Due to the expiration of ASHI’s agreement with union talent, The ASHI Experience radio ads (Spanish Adobe and French Colonial) must NOT be broadcast after April 31, 2005. If either of these ads is run after this date, ASHI will be fined!  Two new commercials with the same content, but new talent, have been sent to chapter presidents and are available for downloading from the membership Extranet under The ASHI Experience. Questions? Contact Rob Paterkiewicz, robp@ashi.org.

Attention Chapter Presidents…

In March, InspectionWorld videos and lists of contacts made at the National Association of Realtors(r) conference were sent to chapter presidents. If you did not receive either of these items or would like suggestions for using them, please contact Anthony Snyder, anthonys@ashi.org or 847-954-3178.
