Bio
We began inspecting existing homes in Anchorage and the surrounding area in 1996. We integrate our knowledge of building science into all of our inspections, understanding the home in wholeness rather than just an assemblage of independent systems. Though not performing a code inspection, we take every opportunity to attend courses in current code changes and apply that learning to recommend practical upgrades, making your home purchase a wise and safe investment that will serve you into the future.
