Bio

Scott Berlyoung has worked in the greater Atlanta area since 1999 completing thousands of consultations and inspections. His expertise encompasses re-sale and new home construction, phase and single item reviews, Stucco/EIFS moisture checks, pre-sale consulting, radon measurement both residential and commercial. He holds certifications from National ASHI #206969 as well as ASHI Georgia, GAHI #99034, ICC 5187106-R5 and NEHA #103210RT, being fully code certified, and holds others in home indoor air and radon measurement. He has experience as an expert court witness and is available for public and group power point presentations on housing construction and safety, class action and home buyers education and Radon safety. Scott is a board member of the ASHI Georgia Chapter, serving as the President 2017. He lives in Alpharetta with his family and “Pepper” the radon dog.
