I have more than 20 years of experience in the fields of home improvement, general construction and home/commercial inspection. I have built homes and extensively remodeled homes. It is something that I truly enjoy doing! In remodeling, it is very common to open the proverbial "can of worms"…and then we re-modelers become investigators. We find that in order to complete the job we were hired to do, we must figure out how to first deal with this leaky pipe and rotten subfloor (or whatever it may be). I enjoy the challenge of investigating a problem or perhaps proving that there is no problem at all. This intriguing and fascinating part of the job is what led me into home inspection.
