Scott has owned and operated a full-service property inspection and consulting firm since 1995. Since 1995, he has inspected over 10,000+ single-family homes, 3500+ EIFS clad homes and buildings, and hundreds of commercial buildings. His primary business centers residential and light commercial building inspections for individuals purchasing existing homes and commercial buildings. National ASHI President 2019. In 2018, Scott started to add additional inspectors to his company. In 2025, Scott became the President of the Examination Board of Home Inspectors. Trace Inspections, LLC now has multiple ASHI inspectors to serve our clients.
