Bio
Owner and operator of Fairview Property Consultants, Mike Divis has been an Alaskan resident for over 52 years. He has been in the construction field for 50 years specializing as a contractor; in all aspects of building including multiple log homes. Mike is AHFC, FHA and ASHI certified. Mike is a state and ICC certified inspector for both new construction and existing homes which includes all facets of building i.e.. structural, exterior, interior, electrical, plumbing, etc. all of the integral components of a home.
