Before leaving the army I married the girl from fourth grade and we now have two sons. After our first son was born, we decided that we wanted to raise our family in Homer as well.
After being honorably discharged from the military, I worked in the construction industry for contractors and retail for several years, giving me a unique insight to the difficulties and solutions to Alaskan construction scenarios, particularlyon the Kenai Peninsula. I also hold an associates degree in Aviation Management from the University of Alaska. Combine that with 8 years of experience inspecting over 1000 homes on the Kenai Peninsula, you have an inspector who is ready and qualified to give you the information that you need to help make an informed home purchase.
