Chris the Home Inspector LLC is owned and managed by home inspector Chris Iula. Chris enjoys helping people to the best of his abilities, especially during a time that can be so challenging, a real estate purchase. He was originally inspired when he purchased his first home and how he felt during that process. He knew that somehow he wanted to provide that feeling to each one of his clients, when at all possible, during their purchase process by carefully describing the condition of their home and placing the state of their potential home purchase in perspective for them.
