Originally from NW Ohio, I am a professional building consultant with a diverse background. I've worked extensively in residential window cleaning, metal fabrication trades, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, and construction. Through these experiences, I've gained skills in leadership, teamwork, and organization that are particularly valuable in the real estate, building, and construction industries. I now bring these skills to my new inspecting & consulting career to serve my clients better.

My career is built on a strong academic foundation. I graduated from the ASHI School in Columbus, Ohio, and successfully passed the National Home Inspection Exam. In addition, I completed the WDI Training with the Ohio Department of Agriculture Pest Education and hold an Ohio WDI License. I've also taken mold assessor from the nationally recognized NORMI organization. People know me for my liveliness and hard work, traits that have allowed me to inspire others. My commitment, dedication, and ability to work both independently and within a team have been pivotal in crafting a successful career. I am driven by the aspiration to become a global expert in my field, constantly staying updated and striving for mastery.

Advocating for human health and safety has always been important to me. I take pleasure in helping clients make informed decisions during for their home's environment or buying process. My personal and professional skills enable me to strongly advocate for my clients. I'm continually seeking ways to improve my services as I take new continuing ed courses throughout the year, ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Communication is key, and I make sure my clients are well-informed throughout the entire process.

I have a zest for excitement and love taking on daring activities and challenges. Approaching tasks with a positive attitude and a smile is how I bring my best self to the job. Outside of work, you'll find me traveling, hiking, biking, hunting, camping, and enjoying nature. I continue to educate myself in the areas of healthy homes, infrared technology, real estate investment, construction, building science, and drone photography.
