Mark Goodman

Mark Goodman served as the 2024 President of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and is a Regional Vice President and Senior Inspector with BPG Inspections. An ASHI Certified Inspector and respected national speaker, Mark has been a leader in the home inspection industry since 2014, teaching continuing education courses for inspectors and real estate professionals on topics such as smart homes, technical training, and business management. He has also served five terms as President of the St. Louis ASHI Chapter, contributed as a subject matter expert for the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI), and authored numerous articles for the ASHI Reporter. With nearly two decades of prior experience in construction, project management, and property assessment, Mark brings exceptional technical knowledge, leadership, and dedication to advancing the standards of the inspection profession
