We are excited to announce InspectionWorld 2026! This landmark event will take place February 15–18, 2026, at the beautiful Valley Forge Casino & Resort in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania — just 22 miles northwest of the Philadelphia International Airport. We will be celebrating ASHI turning 50 years old! Stay tuned to learn about pre-conference events, the Vendor Hall Kick-off on February 15th, and engaging Educational programming. Our educational sessions will be hosted from Monday, February 16 through Wednesday, February 18, 2026, offering valuable learning opportunities for home inspection professionals. Call for Presenters
To make this celebration truly exceptional, ASHI is now accepting proposals for seminar presentations. This is your chance to educate, inspire, and connect with your peers at the largest and most prestigious event in the industry
We are looking for:
- Engaging and Interactive Sessions or Panel Discussions
- Diversity in Topics that cover Ancillary Services, Business Topics, Manufacturer’s Presentations, and Advanced Level Technical Topics
- As ASHI will seek CE approvals from various states, please note that we need all submissions as soon as possible based on state timelines
The Education Committee will make final decisions on speakers by June 30th.

InspectionWorld 2025: Bringing the Best to Our Chapters
Oak Brook, IL – The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) is excited to announce the upcoming InspectionWorld 2024 and InspectionWorld 2025 events. We have listened to the feedback from our members who attended IW’23 as well as those who couldn’t make it, and we are pleased to offer a new approach in 2024 and 2025 by bringing InspectionWorld to our local chapters. Home inspectors will now have the chance to participate in a variety of educational and networking opportunities closer to home!
Our goal with InspectionWorld 2024 and InspectionWorld 2025 is to provide a valuable, efficient, and cost-effective experience for our members
