We’re celebrating 50 years of ASHI, with expanded opportunities to earn ASHI CEs that recognize learning and networking in the vendor hall in addition to traditional sessions.
How far is the venue from the airport?
Approximately 20 miles from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).
Is the vendor hall open to all attendees?
Yes—join the Vendor Hall Kickoff on Feb 15 and explore tools, tech, and services throughout the conference.
When can I register?
Early‑bird registration is now open!
Will there be a detailed agenda?
Yes. Session titles, speakers, CE designations, and time blocks will be posted as they’re confirmed.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is typical for sessions; comfortable footwear recommended for vendor hall.
What’s the refund/cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to ASHI via email. A refund less a 35% administrative fee per registration will be issued if received by 01/19/2026. Due to financial obligations incurred by ASHI, no refunds will be issued on cancellations received after 01/19/2026. Substitutions from the same company will be permitted at any time prior to the meeting start date without penalty. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
