Spring Flooding and How to Protect Your Home

Moisture intrusion is one of the greatest threats to a home’s health, and during spring, the risk of this damage is most significant, with snowmelts and heavy rainfall continually looming. Homeowners must ensure their home is protected to manage water year-round, even though springtime poses the most significant risk for water-related issues.

What is a Home Inventory? (And Why You Need One)

Can you name everything you own in your home off the top of your head? It’s likely more difficult than expected, and you be surprised by the number of items you own. The average American home contains around 300,000 items. The longer time lived at a residence; the more things are accumulated.

An Inspector’s Experience with Technical Report Writing

Suppose you have the passion to excel in the profession of home inspection.
