Can I search for candidates without posting a job? Yes! You can search our anonymous resume database and proactively reach out to candidates who match your needs, even without an active job posting.

Is it free to search for jobs? Yes! ASHI members can search the job database, set up Job Alerts, and access career resources at no cost.
How does the anonymous resume feature work? When you upload a public resume, employers can view it and submit a contact request if they’re interested. You then choose whether to accept or decline — your personal contact information is only shared if you approve.
What are Job Alerts? Job Alerts are automated email notifications sent to you whenever a new job is posted that matches your specified interests and location preferences. It’s a great way to stay on top of opportunities without having to check the site every day.
What career resources are available? The ASHI Career Center offers a variety of resources to support your job search, including resume writing tips, interview preparation guides, sample resumes, and answers to frequently asked questions from career experts.
Can employers contact me directly? Employers can submit a contact request through the platform, but your information is never released without your permission. You’re always in control.
