I have inspected homes and commercial properties since 1989. An ASHI Member since 1992 In addition to inspecting homes I am the primary instructor of the Midwest Inspectors Institute training Home Inspectors and Code Inspectors. I am a Combination Residential Inspector, Certified by International Code Council, ICC. I firmly believe that all property purchases need to have an inspection. Even New Construction needs to be inspected. As a home inspector it is not our job to pass or fail a home, it is our job to educate the buyer so that they can make an educated purchasing decision.
