Duane Morrison founded the Morrison Plus Property Inspections® brand in 2007 and has performed over 7,000 inspections throughout his career. He currently serves as a Director on the ASHI Board of Directors and is the Membership Chairman for the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). Duane holds active certifications with both ASHI and CREIA.
As the founder of Morrison Plus, Duane plays a key role in developing, mentoring, and supporting new inspectors and franchisees within the Morrison Plus network. His leadership continues to shape the next generation of inspection professionals and businesses across the United States.
