Jason P. Mitchell – Managing Member & Principal Home Inspector. Jason is a NJ Licensed Home Inspector (License #24GI00056400) and is the immediate past president of the Garden State Chapter of ASHI. He maintains a NJDEP Radon Measurement Technician License (License # MET 11820).
Jason has provided inspection services to thousands of potential home buyers throughout Central New Jersey over the course of the last 20 years. Jason's focus is to provide an extremely thorough inspection and detail-oriented report that pertains to each home inspected – without boiler plate text. A summary serves to highlight those defects/deficiencies that require immediate attention.
Each inspection report provides the following:
1. Identification of each defect and/or deficiency located during the inspection – with extensive photos.
2. Significance of each defect and/or deficiency on usability, value, and/or health/safety of the building.
3. Recommendation for further action.
The above is provided free of the boiler-plate text, that is commonly found in other home inspection reports, which many times does NOT apply to the home being inspected.
