The Find An Inspector search function has been adjusted to guard against the search response overloading consumers with names. A zip code search will provide the con-sumer with up to the first 100 names by proximity in a 150 mile radius of the zip code entered. This ensures that the consumer will receive no more than four pages of results.
The Metro search function has not been changed. When a consumer enters a metro area, the names of all ASHI Inspectors who have registered for that metro area will appear in random order.

Everything needed to maximize branding benefits: Chapters have it on one CD
Chapter leaders were sent a treasure trove of branding tools all on a handy CD: The ASHI Experience Chapter CD.
There’s so much on this CD, it has been suggested several volunteers review specific sections and report back to the leadership on how to best use this resource. Also ASHI Director of Chapter Relations scheduled a series of conference calls for Chapter Presidents to ask questions and share ideas related to the material on the CD.
How is The ASHI Experience working for you?
HQ is already receiving re-orders for consumer brochures and every week 400 to 500 customer surveys are being returned by mail or online. We have reason to believe there is good news to share, and we’d love to hear how The ASHI Experience is working for you so we can share your positive techniques with others. E-mail your experience to sandyb@ashi.org. We’re waiting to hear from you.
Watch your mail boxes for new static stickers
The ASHI Experience static sticker is now available with a white background for use on vehicles with tinted windows. The new version will be mailed later this month to all eligible ASHI Inspectors, free of charge.
ASHI plans expanded presence at NAR® Expo
ASHI will be calling on the Mem-bership in the Orlando, Fl. area to help get the most out of an expanded presence at the NAR® Expo, November 5-8, 2005. We’ll be contacting chapters to ask for help enlisting and coordinating
