Meet the Nominee: Bryck Guibor

2024 ASHI Elections

August 31, 2023

ASHI has to be nimble and flexible to meet the needs of a changing world. The real estate industry is changing, and the inspection industry must evolve to meet those needs. Leadership is a top ten word on the minds of home inspectors. ASHI needs to listen to the membership and meet their needs. Leaders are great listeners and consensus builders.

I have traveled for over 20 years, visiting chapters all over the country and in Canada, speaking with inspectors and listening to their ideas. We have regional differences in building types and building materials, but in the end, we are all the same. We produce a report based on the evidence and submit this work product to a client. We do more than produce a report. ASHI leads the industry with Standards and education requirements. ASHI has to be more than the industry leader.

My name is Bryck Guibor, and I am running for President-elect with the intent to lead ASHI forward to meet the new industry changes.
