Do you realize that once a year there is an annual conference and exhibition dedicated to the home inspection profession? An event where everyone from the novice to the seasoned inspector can enhance his or her skills, network with peers, and talk to an abundance of industry suppliers? Well, there is such an event– it’s called InspectionWorld, and it’s coming to the Hilton Austin in Austin, Texas, a city known as the “Live Music Capital of the World.” With its temperate year-round climate and 300 days of sunshine per year, Austin is sure to be a great city to host our annual event, which will take place January 13-15, 2005.  

InspectionWorld, the largest professional conference for home inspectors, has over 40 hours of educational sessions, where classes are divided into four interest-specific tracks. Attendees acquire knowledge to enhance their business, technical and basic home inspection capabilities.

In addition to the extensive educational program—which enables attendees to earn valuable ASHI MRCs and satisfy some state CEU requirements you also have plenty of opportunities to visit with over 85 industry-specific vendors in the show’s 30,000-square foot exhibit hall. Exhibitors represent a variety of companies and products relevant to the home inspection industry—testing equipment, tools, inspection software, report materials and more.

If you are looking to combine a little pleasure with your business, InspectionWorld also offers social events, allowing for plenty of industry networking. At the opening night Exhibit Hall Reception “Deep in the Heart of Texas,” attendees can mingle with vendors in a relaxed environment. The All-Show Destination Luncheon provides a great meal, while highlighting next year’s InspectionWorld site—Fort Lauderdale, Florida. To wrap things up, the last night of the show features the popular President’s Gala, a festive affair where attendees can kick back and relax after an intense week of learning.
