ASHI Membership Reaches 6,000
Robert Gaudreault symbolizes an important benchmark in ASHI history. When he joined ASHI in September, the Society reached its membership goal of 6000.
To commemorate this significant membership achievement, the Society is waiving his first year’s due. The new Candidate performs residential and commercial inspections for Alliance Real Estate Inspections in North Hollywood, California. He said he joined ASHI because, “You should never think that you know everything that there is to know in this business. You are always learning something new and ASHI is another great avenue in achieving further knowledge about your profession.”
Working in the construction industry since he was 16 years old, Gaudreault has a General Contractor’s License for California, as well as a C29 in Masonry and is a foundation specialist. He has been a CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association) member since 1999.
He’s inspected homes for many celebrities, including actors Camryn Manheim of “The Practice;” Matt LeBlanc of “Friends;” and Sydney Portier; two band members from “The Red Hot Chili Peppers;” and singers Terry Nunn of “Berlin” and Paula Cole.
When he is not wearing his inspector hat, Gaudreault enjoys spending time with his 13-year-old-son and his 8-year-old daughter, running and surfing. He is also involved in church activities.
