Blueprint For Success

by ASHI Staff December 16, 2020

Saturday | January 16, 2021 | 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM CST

This year’s Leadership Development Conference will focus on your Blueprint for Success! This virtual conference will provide attendees with new skills and strategies to continually adapt their chapters to the ever changing “new normal” and provide a sense of community within their chapters.

Kicking the conference off, we will be covering Virtual Meetings which have become essential due to COVID, and examining their future by discussing how to integrate a combination of physical and virtual meetings after the pandemic. This section will feature training on different virtual platforms, as well as hearing about the experience and insight of individuals who have successfully integrated them into their chapters.

Education is at the heart of all that ASHI Chapters do. For the Chapter Education section of the conference, new tools and resources will be unveiled for educational events. Speakers will share their techniques and methods for accessing, utilizing, and producing conventional educational opportunities and other Special Training Events.

Efficient Chapter Management is key to leading a vibrant ASHI chapter that operates smoothly for both leaders and its members. The Chapter Continuity section will discuss and analyze the various facets required to retain membership within your chapter and show you tools to keep your membership engaged and connected to the chapter community.

Wrapping up the conference, we will be exploring the impact of COVID attrition across ASHI chapters and what this means for membership retention efforts.

We encourage all chapter leaders and future leaders to join us for the Leadership Development Conference to share your experiences and learn new methods to improve your chapters. All attendees will receive 4 ASHI CE credits and registration is free for all ASHI Members.
