William L. Walker has been with Claxton Walker & Associates since 1998.He has performed over 3300 inspections personally, including a wide variety of house ages and styles.William L. Walker draws from his 25 years of experience in the local building industry. A native Washingtonian, he is the fifth generation to provide home building and real-estate services in the area. His areas of expertise include estimating, design, costing, and construction of new homes; as well as retrofit design and problem-solving skills as they relate to the remodeling industry. He has worked extensively with engineers, architects, contractors, homeowners, designers, home buyers, banks, and real-estate agents in the managing of his custom home business.Experience: 1996-1998 Project Manager for the William L.
