I'm the only home inspector that is a Code Certified Building Inspector in North Idaho and Eastern Wa.
And i'm also a WA state licensed home inspector and a ASHI certified inspector and the President of the local ASHI Chapter.
BTW, did you know many states, (Idaho), do not have any licensing/certification requirements, you can print up a business card and be one.
