A Greenville native, Tommy Donovan feels fortunate to have the opportunity to see his hometown mature into what it is today. He took over the reins of RIC Home Inspection back in 2003, ending his stint as a home improvement sales representative for a local home remodeling company. In fact, it was during the restoring process of his first home, a 1914 Arts and Crafts bungalow near downtown Greenville, that Tommy developed his appreciation for houses and all the components that make them tick.

Tommy also uses his background in Broadcast Journalism as a means to set himself apart as a home inspector. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Tommy spent several years working in TV news and talk radio. Together with his home inspection experience, he uses these skills to co-host the Home Pros Radio Show which can be heard every Saturday morning at 9:00am on 94.5 WGTK The Answer.
