We have inspected thousands of homes and buildings since 1993. The lead inspector, (Tom) has had experience as a municipal building inspector, building contractor and over 32+ years as a home inspector. Using extensive knowledge in the field, the latest technology, application of building safety codes, knowledge gained over a 32+ year career and good intuition; we use that knowledge to help alert clients to any safety issues as well as other major issues in Commercial Buildings and homes they are buying. We are often called on by attorneys for expert witness in construction defect litigation cases. Having sold, built and inspected thousands of log homes, we feel we are in a unique position to help clients who are buying log homes.
