My Resume:6 years employed for a Commercial General Contractor.12 years employed for a Residential General Contractor. Passed the National Home Inspectors Exam in 2001.Performed 8,000 plus inspections since 2001.Nationally Certified for Radon Testing. State Certified for Wood Destroying Insect Inspections. Licensed Builder since 1992.I provide a complete inspection report on site. The report is done a computer and includes pictures as needed.
