Tim has inspected residential and commercial buildings in the St Louis and surrounding Illinois area since 1993. During that time, he has been through, over and under 6500 buildings and just about any type of structure you can imagine. He is thrilled with the prospect of helping you with your purchase.
Your inspection is an important experience, one which he takes seriously. Tim encourages his clients to attend the inspection and go through the building. The inspection will take 2 – 3 hours as we look at all the major systems and components. He performs a thorough inspection with a common sense approach. You'll find his report is an easy-to-use narrative with plenty of pictures.
