Stucco certified by Moisture Free Warranty Company December 2003.
Certified by American Association of Home Inspectors 1997.
Certified 2000 International Residential Codes – 2002
Certified Level One Mold Inspector – 2002
Member of South Carolina Association of Home Inspectors since 1997 and officer of SCAHI since 1998.
Obtained SCAHI Certified Master Inspector status in 2006
Certified Moisture Analysts and Third Party Stucco Inspector through Exterior Design Institute.
