Tom's previous 20 years experience in the engineering fields of Architectual, Civil and Mechanical Engineering gives Tom an edge up on his competition. Tom holds credentials with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as a "Certified Inspector", a Master Professional Inspector with the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), a Certified Master Inspector with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), a Certified Mold Remediator, a Certified Mold Assessor and a Certified Water Intrusion Expert. Tom and his team of inspectors dedication to further education is unmatched by other professionals in their trade.
