Bio

Steve Rosenbaum started Insight Inspections in 2006 after 15 years of Civil Engineering with a private water utility. Company resources are split nearly half & half with Home-Purchase and Homeowner Insurance inspections. Insurance inspections are – Wind Mitigation, 4-Point, Roof Certification, Replacement Cost (Valuations). Elevation Certificates are also prepared for those pursuing flood insurance. One specialty of Insight Inspections is commercial Valuations and Wind Mitigation for condominiums and other associations.
