Hi my Name is Stephen Smith I’ve been working in the construction industry for over 44 years. My career has given me extensive hands-on experience, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of building systems, materials, and construction practices.
For the past 20 years, I’ve been proud to own and operate my own home inspection business, helping clients make informed decisions about their own property and or a subject property they wish to purchase. In some cases saving them thousands of dollars in hidden expenses in-addition to pointing out fire and safety issues that could lead property damage or personal injury.
I’m licensed in both Massachusetts and Florida, which has allowed me to serve a wide range of clients across different regions. Whether working with home-buyers, home sellers, realtors, or contractors, I can provide you with decades of experience, ensuring peace of mind while helping you make an informed investment decision.
