My name is Stephen Murphy, I am a Home Inspector licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. Prior to becoming a Home Inspector I have had the privilege of spending 35 years remodeling and managing the construction of homes all over the Tri-State area. This experience provides me with a unique insight into the past and present practices used in the construction of homes in our region.
