I would like to take a minute of your time to introduce my Home Inspection Business to you. My name is Stephen Appolonia, the owner/inspector of AAA Home Inspections in the Monmouth County area
.
My primary area is Monmouth, Ocean & Middlesex counties and most of NJ. You will find my services are second to none, leaving you & your client completely satisfied. My background is in building construction. I am a full service Inspector for residential homes and commercial buildings covering structural, radon, wood destroying insect inspections, mold and Air Quality Testing including inground swimming pools for residential homes.
My business education started at Seton Hall University, where I continued on to property development & ownership of residential & commercial buildings since 1985. I am both InterNACHI and ASHI certified.
My reports are done in an easy to read computer generated format. Along with the reports, you will receive a copy of documented pictures.
