We offer a 90 day warranty on all home inspections and can offer assistance from our network of trusted contractors and suppliers to help correct deficiencies noted in the report, although Specquest does NOT perform any repairs.
Sean has 20+ years working in the residential construction industry, a background in structural engineering and design, an MBA in business and residential real estate sales experience.
