Bio
I have been a home inspector since 1994. I have participated in or performed thousands of inspections. In addition to being a professional State of Ohio Licensed home inspector, I am a certified home Inspector with ASHI. I am a State of Ohio Licensed Termite Inspector; a State of Ohio Licensed Radon Tester; perform mold inspections; and have taken additional training in sewer scope inspections, chimney camera inspections, sample well water for bacteria testing; and perform commercial building Inspections.
I welcome my clients at the inspection as this is an inspection for the buyer and not the inspector. When I schedule your inspection, I will do my best to try and find a convenient time for you to attend the process. Supreme customer service has allowed me to obtain hundreds of 5 star reviews.
