My 28 plus years of experience in the field of inspection includes the tri-state areas of Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan and covers a date range which began in the late 1980's. This included the commercial and private sectors of the greater metropolitan Chicago Land areas as well as Michigan and the now current urban and rural residential areas of Northern Indiana.

Everyone has a "niche" that is unique to their business model and, as such, I have served as an operating engineer, maintenance and engineering consultant, and as a project and construction manager. The common thread here is that all of these endeavors were from the vantage point of facility and property oversight and management. and all of them trained what is a very keen eye for detail and " seeing the bigger picture."

These are invaluable assets when paired with the credentials of a certified home inspector and that is my "niche" defined.
