Over 35 years of construction experience in the Residential home construction and renovation fields. Former BPI building shell analyst. Lead paint inspector for City of Springfield. NRPP Certified Radon Measurement analyst. HUD 203K Consultant. Massachusetts Licensed construction Supervisor.
