Bio
Rick Sabatino
Rick has been a licensed Home Inspector since 2008. He is an ASHI Certified Inspector and has earned the Inspector By Review designation from the Great Lakes Chapter of ASHI and the Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) designation and Certified living in Place Professional. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional. And a HUD Consultant.
Rick’s 30-plus years in the hospitality industry and the construction and building materials industries helped prepare him for his career as a home inspector. A 2013 graduate of DePaul University, Rick earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, with a focus on Facilities Management for Independent Living. He also holds a Facilities Management certificate from Du Page College.
Rick is a board member and chairperson in the Norther Illinois Chapter of ASHI.
Rick has been married to his high school sweetheart for 49 years. He has four children, three are married and they have given him nine wonderful grandchildren.
