Rick has inspected homes and commercial properties over 25 years. Projects range from single family dwellings to apartment complexes and shopping malls.

In addition to performing inspections, my responsibilities include inspector and real estate agent training.

Rick is very happily married with four children and seven grandchildren. He inspects for my customers like they were family. His hobbies include mountain bike racing, including endurance events such as the Lumberjack 100, One Day Ride Across Michigan (ODRAM), kayaking, camping and hiking, all of which help me keep up with a busy work schedule and very fast grand kids.
