Bio
Principal and sole proprietor of Hypersafe Property Inspection established in 1995 conducting residential and commercial property inspections for 27 years. Certified ASHI Inspector (American Society of Home Inspectors) since 2005. Prior experience included certification as Building Inspector in 1978 performing municipal and code enforcement inspections for 16 years in the fire service. Four college degrees including Master’s Degree in Public Administration (California State University at Hayward), Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Michigan State University), Associate in Arts Degree in Business (City College of San Francisco), Associate in Fire Science Degree (College of Marin).
