Arkansas Home Performance is owned and operated by Richard Costello and is licensed by State of Arkansas Home Inspector Registration Board. Arkansas License HI#1570. After 20 years in the new home construction, and remodeling industries Richard Costello branched out into Home Inspections and added Energy Efficiency Home Performance Reviews. Richard Costello became a Energy Star Partner in 2015 and expanded the services offered by Arkansas Home Performance to provide customers the information and tools to give them the best High Performance Home possible. Richard Costello is a Certified HERS Rater, and a Snell Group trained Level I Thermographer, Blower Door and Duct Testing. Richard Costello has the skills to help Arkansas Home Performance customers achieve their goals.
